All costs were disclosed up front and nothing extra added, unless we asked for it. THAT is rare in today’s world of contracting. I waited 30 years to get a single family home and Peter delivered our dream home on time, on budget and just to the way we imagined.. It has been a pleasure working with Peter Fendich. We purchased our home almost a year ago. The quality of construction has been impressive. When looking at new home options in the area nothing came close in comparison within our price range. The energy star rating has definitely been a huge bonus. Our utility bills are very low and we received the rebate check with minimal effort on our part. The granite upgrades and other wood features really matched our personal preferences and style well. Recently we decided to change the formal dining room into an office. Peter went above and beyond in helping us complete the remodel project. He has been amazing on his end with the included one year builders warranty as well. For any question or problem he was always so quick and professional with his response. He has taken care of every single issue without complaint or charge to me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing a home.
